Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale is still hospitalized. On Monday, he provided an update on his health through his social media channels.
In a video from St. Luke’s Hospital, McIngvale explained, “It’s day three here, and the doctors are working hard to determine the cause of the severe swelling and red rash on my leg.” He also shared that he experienced memory loss recently, including a troubling incident where he drove past his store for the first time ever.
Despite these challenges, McIngvale reported feeling better and expressed hope for a quick recovery.
The health issues began last Friday. In a video posted on Sunday, McIngvale described feeling nauseous that day and having trouble sleeping. On Saturday, he missed his exit while driving to work and found himself disoriented.
